We provide treatment for:

What am I expected to do in therapy?
Clients who experience the most growth and positive change have been able to challenge themselves to new thoughts and behavior. It is important to set goals for therapy and engage in the “process of therapy” rather than outcome. The “process of therapy” is where we learn to be connected to who we are and aware of how we live our life. When one learns about her/his own process, then one begins to live every day fully.
Psychotherapy, or counseling, is a set of scientifically based psychological interventions which, with motivation and client collaboration, change thoughts and behaviors that are no longer as useful as they once were. Therapy is usually in group or individual forms. However, most importantly it is a relationship between that fosters growth and self-exploration.
