Midtown Psychotherapy's therapists are out-of-network providers for most health insurances plans. Our Billing Specialist will electronically file your healthcare claim for a reimbursement on all or a partial cost of the session, as determined by your health insurance company*.
Please include all of your insurance information. If you do not wish to use your health insurance, you are welcome to pay with cash, check, or credit card.
